1. Operator and scope
Effective date: 2026-10-18. Rillora is operated by Zhenhua Meng, an individual developer using the Rillora product brand. Contact: mengzhenhua0620@gmail.com.
These terms cover the website and Rillora Web dashboard. Read them and the Privacy Policy before connecting an account. TikTok authorization is a separate permission choice on TikTok’s official page.
2. Service and current availability
Rillora helps creators and account managers review an account they are entitled to authorize: its profile, account statistics, public videos and cumulative video counters. It provides search, publication-date filtering, links to original content and manual synchronization.
Connections currently use TikTok Sandbox access for authorized target users awaiting Production review. Sandbox availability does not establish Production approval. Rillora is intended for external users; access remains limited by TikTok’s approval and target-user controls. No paid plans or guaranteed public launch date are offered.
Publishing, scheduling, comment management and private messaging are not included in this integration. Rillora is independent and is not operated or endorsed by TikTok.
3. Your account and authorization
Connect only an account you own or are authorized to manage, and comply with TikTok’s applicable rules and age requirements. Review the account and permissions before approving. Rillora does not request your TikTok password. Keep your TikTok login secure and log out when using a shared device.
The Web dashboard identifies you through the account authorized by TikTok and limits access to that account’s saved data. The earlier local Desktop pilot is separate; connecting or disconnecting here does not migrate or change its existing records or authorizations.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the service lawfully and respect privacy, intellectual-property rights and platform rules.
- Do not connect accounts without authority, attempt to access another user’s data, bypass security controls or interfere with service operation.
- Do not use automated requests to evade rate limits, harvest others’ information or introduce malicious content.
- Do not imply endorsement by TikTok or claim rights in content you do not own.
The operator may reasonably restrict abusive access or suspend affected features for security, legal or provider requirements.
5. Content and data interpretation
You and other rights holders retain ownership of your content. You authorize Rillora to process the information you connect only as needed to provide the described service and its support and security functions. These terms do not transfer rights in TikTok content or third-party brands.
Figures depend on TikTok’s responses and may change or be unavailable. Account statistics are separate from totals over the retrieved public videos. A publication-date filter selects videos; their counters remain cumulative and do not measure engagement earned during that selected period. A failed refresh keeps the last successful snapshot and shows its read time.
6. Logout, disconnection and data requests
Logout ends the current browser session while retaining the Web connection and saved snapshot. The dashboard’s Disconnect & remove Web data action deletes the account’s active Web data and attempts TikTok revocation. Follow the displayed result if revocation cannot be confirmed. Backup limitations and email requests are described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and responsibility
The operator seeks to provide a useful and secure service, but API availability, Sandbox restrictions and provider changes can affect it. No uninterrupted availability, fixed service level or accuracy beyond the provider’s available data is promised. Planned features are not a commitment to deliver them.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or privacy rights.
8. Applicable law and concerns
Applicable law governs these terms. Nothing deprives you of mandatory protections or access to competent courts or authorities in your jurisdiction. No exclusive foreign court or waiver of mandatory rights is selected.
You may contact the operator for an informal resolution. That is not a prerequisite to exercising a legal right.
