Website: rillora.app. The independent Web service is hosted on OVHcloud in Singapore. TikTok access is currently limited to authorized Sandbox users awaiting Production review.

Connection or product support

Email mengzhenhua0620@gmail.com with the visible error and the action you were taking. You can read the website without emailing us. An enquiry does not authorize access to your account.

Never include passwords, verification or authorization codes, tokens, cookies or a private database. An issue in the earlier local Desktop pilot should identify that separate installation.

Privacy and deletion requests

The Web dashboard provides Disconnect & remove Web data for its active connection and saved snapshot. You can also email mengzhenhua0620@gmail.com to ask about applicable access, correction, deletion or other rights.

We use only the information reasonably necessary to locate the records and verify authority, then explain the result or applicable limitation. Do not attach identity documents or private exports unless an appropriate verification method has been agreed. Applicable legal deadlines and mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Web deletion does not erase earlier local pilot records or immediately remove every backup copy. See the Privacy Policy for retention and provider details.
